• A creamy vanilla mousse made with Madagascar vanilla beans, offering a delicate, fragrant sweetness and fresh blueberries and its blueberry confit gel topped over the middle of the cake.
• A thin layer of crunchy base under the cake adding an extra texture.
• Garnished with a blackcurrant chantilly infused with fresh blackcurrant, adding a natural purple color into it and a fruity, tangy touch.
