This cake is a classic French. It has different layers and textures composed of joconde almond biscuit soaked with coffee syrup, chocolate ganache and coffee buttercream.
We are using a premium quality chocolate to bring the taste and texture of the ganache to the elevate real opera cake level.
A cocoa glaze is covering the top with golden small opera house, which is our little signature for this year !
A real treat for the end of this year !!!
