The Saint-Honoré cake is a masterpiece of French patisserie, named after the patron saint of bakers and pastry chefs. It's celebrated not just for its beauty, but for its intricate layering of textures and flavors. 

The Saint Honore is our Signature Cake.
We decided to bring a small twist into out with some purple berries such as Blackberry, Blackcurrants and Blueberry and Blue Cornflower Petals. This version is full of freshness and fruity taste ! 

Here’s what it typically includes:

• Puff pastry base: buttery and flaky, forming the foundation of the dessert.

• Ring of caramel-glazed choux: small cream-filled choux pastry arranged around the edge, dipped in golden caramel for crunch and shine. The light bitterness will cut the sweetness of this cake.

• Center filling: classic Creme Patisserie with good quality ingredients to bring the different flavours : real vanilla beans infused inside.

• Final touches: glossy caramel, delicate whipped cream hand-pipped with homemade vanilla powder for more flavour and fresh smell.
