This cake is a classic French, reinvented in a log version. Composed of an almond biscuit, vanilla diplomate mousse, strawberry confit and fresh strawberries.
We are using real vanilla beans for our mousse to give the real taste.
Some fresh strawberries are inside between the layers of sponge and a strawberry confit gel to enhance the taste.
A real treat, not too sweet and refreshing for the end of this year !!!
